In 2021, TrewLink was created to support IMGs in the NHS, helping them navigate their careers and integrate into the healthcare system.
In 2023, through our work with Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) and TheHill Accelerator, we deepened our understanding of workforce challenges and the need for better skills visibility and career progression tools.
By 2024, we saw a bigger opportunity: to transform workforce development for all healthcare professionals, not just IMGs.
